Processing & Production

Because we don't mass-produce or sit on giant warehouses, some of our products are made fresh at the factory just for you. This ensures you always receive the newest, highest-quality pieces.

  • Made-to-order & out of stock restocks: Please allow 7–10 business days for production and processing before dispatch.
  • In-stock items: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 7–12 business days via USPS. All shipments are tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

Due to overwhelming demand and our small-batch model, some orders may take a little longer. We'd rather make you wait a bit than compromise on quality.
